It's brilliant I have to say! I do think that lettuce and tomato and onions (and bacon) probably would have helped, but I still think it's overall too much bread, and ergonomically tricky.

And thanks, you're probably right about gas grills, I went on Memorial Day and had probably just managed to convince myself that I philadininghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12750098089453682928noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9079625.post-86785169289984809832010-06-07T21:17:26.087-05:002010-06-07T21:17:26.087-05:00I had a love burger there today and it was somethi...I had a love burger there today and it was something I would go back for everyday, but I might die...I think they started adding lettuce, tom and onions automatically. I also had them included. I got mine with 2 pieces of bacon between each grilled cheese, haha. It defiantly is not the easiest thing to eat.

I think they actually use a gas grill though, as I saw big gas tanks behind Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9079625.post-16995323863786654632010-06-02T00:14:51.959-05:002010-06-02T00:14:51.959-05:00Interesting! I wasn't offered any lettuce or tomato, I think that would have made the whole thing a LITTLE more balanced, less greasy-feeling.

But I agree with your assessment that the ergonomics of eating it were bad, and I would have thought that grilled cheese sandwiches would have been great insulators, but you're right, for whatever reason, they're not...

philadininghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12750098089453682928noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9079625.post-46135049645149357942010-06-01T23:38:41.839-05:002010-06-01T23:38:41.839-05:00I have to say, the LOVE Burger looks a lot less ap...I have to say, the LOVE Burger looks a lot less appetizing without the lettuce/tomato/onion (here's a pic I took for twitter http://yfrog.com/jasrhwj). I think the veggies help cut down a bit on the overall feeling of the burger being too greasy (it also likely helped that a lot of the sauce had dripped off).

My biggest problem with the burger was the logistics of eating it, given Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
