While th...I ate dinner 2 Friday nights ago at Parc. While the space is beautiful and reminiscent of Pastis and Balthazar in NYC, the food falls a little short as did the service. The apps were superior to the entrees I had. The escargot has a fantastic garlic butter sauce, but its presentation was a bit odd in the small casserole and paired with crispy bread that made it impossible to dip. The other thing was I have not seen such a leering crowd of well-dressed men since I was at Finnegan's Wake in the 1980's on First Avenue in New York.
